We aim to offer the best customer service in the industry and offer our customers peace of mind when ordering our products. We promise if you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you may return the products no questions asked.
Merchandise can be returned within 30 days of invoice date without a restocking fee unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, Pay Pal, etc.). The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges and must ship products as traceable with proof of delivery.
All products must be returned in New condition. If the product(s) are damaged, Elasco will determine the damaged fees to be applied against the return. Damage fees typically range between 50-100% of the product cost.
All products in new condition may be returned within 90 days with a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 90 days.
All Returns must first request a RMA # from Sales@ElascoProducts.com.
Return Policy Exemption: we offer our customer’s customized products where colors or logos may be added or adjusted to our customer’s need. All customized products are made to order and therefore we cannot offer any returns on such orders. Any manufacturing defects will be honored and a replacement product will be provided free of charge.
